I hope that you will find `{\tt wmletterhead.cls}' useful. Its use is quite
analogous to the \LaTeX{} `{\tt letter.cls}', in fact you can specify the
{\tt letter} class options as options for {\tt wmletterhead}. For exaple
you can specify a letter font size with 
\begin{verbatim}
\documentclass[12pt]{wmletterhead}
\end{verbatim}
or
\begin{verbatim}
\documentclass[10pt]{wmletterhead}
\end{verbatim}
However, there are some modifications and extra requirements.
The margins are
redefined  with `{\tt geometry}' package and there are 2 extra dependencies to
output the fancy graphical header, namely, `{\tt graphicx}' and `{\tt fancyhdr}' packages.

The main feature of the package is that you can specify old and new (since
December 2014) W\&M logos. By selecting a particular option
