## Build instructions

To build a python wheel package and put it in `./dist/` directory, run

flit build
~~~~~

## Test instructions

~~~~~
export PYTHONPATH=.
python -m pytest 
~~~~~

Note that we cannot just run `pytest` since I see no way to set the module search path.
