Make ssb-client a full dependency
The benefit of reducing chance of errors and simplifying installation
outweighs the cost of the module which is not needed for running as a
plugin. Anyway, sodium-native is already brought in via the private-box
dependency. Also, we could use it in the future for alternative invite
code usage, checking pub uptime, etc.
